Agent terms of use
For access to the SkiTable REST API, MCP server, and CLI.
1. Keys and tiers
Public marketplace reads need no key. The MCP server and higher request volumes require an agent key.
Each key is issued on a plan tier with daily request, per-second burst, and unique-resort limits.
Exceeding a limit returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header.
2. Attribution
Free-tier keys must display a clear "via SkiTable" link to the relevant resort page wherever a resort surfaced through SkiTable is shown to an end user. Paid tiers may switch attribution off.
3. Permitted use
Free-tier access is for testing and non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires a paid tier. You may not bulk-download the catalogue, redistribute SkiTable data as a static dataset, or use the data to train a model whose purpose is to compete with SkiTable's own surfaces.
4. Booking and payment
Bookings created through an agent are real transactions, settled via Stripe, and governed by the platform's standard booking terms. Agents must obtain the end user's consent before completing a purchase.
5. Revocation
We may revoke any key, with notice where practical, if these terms are breached or if traffic threatens platform stability. Data retrieved is subject to the content licence.
